Experienced Site Manager Hotel Revitalisation (Pre-Construction & Delivery)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the pre‑construction phase and lead on‑site delivery for the revitalisation of an existing hotel in Perth. This is a long‑term opportunity for a hands‑on manager who excels in communication, coordination, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme.

• Work closely with the Project Manager during pre‑construction, providing input, logistics planning, and support with early procurement.
• Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations once construction begins.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and programme to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions.
• Monitor and enforce health & safety standards, RAMS compliance, and site documentation.
• Maintain quality control, carry out inspections, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records, progress reports, and communicate clearly with the client, consultants, and internal team.
• Ensure the project meets deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment or hospitality projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and site management expertise.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Experience overseeing live refurbishments or complex hotel upgrades (preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS card required.
