Recruit Easy are looking for an experienced Highways Agent to work for our client based in Perth, Scotland, Perth and Kinross.

Ongoing
Start Date:
20-10-2026
Pay Rate: between £300.00 - £400.00 Per Day - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
Job Role s:- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Liaising with clients, engineers and project stakeholders
- Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
- Supporting commercial and project delivery teams
- Must have a valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience as a Highways Agent within Civil Engineering
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay - so you get to keep more of your take home pay.
