SWARCO Smart Charging in Dundee is hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. You will be the first point of contact for EV drivers and Charge Point Owners, providing customer support, basic technical help, and admin coordination to keep the network running smoothly.
Based at the Operations Centre in Dundee, you will work a 37.5-hour week on a rolling 24/7 rota, with full training and development opportunities.
