Pupil Support Assistant (Fixed Term until 31 March 2027) - PKC
14227
£12,850- £13,537 (20 Hours per week, Term-time only)
Bertha Park High School, Perth

We are looking to recruit a Pupil Support Assistant to join our team at Bertha Park High School.

The successful candidate will have strong team working and communication skills and will demonstrate a commitment to nurturing and inclusive practice.

The role involves aspects such as working within classrooms undertaking tasks as directed by the teacher, supporting individual and groups of learners and delivering learning interventions for learners requiring additional support.

Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this post.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate experience (paid/voluntary) of supporting children and young people.

A genuine interest in the development of children and their wellbeing is essential and the important qualities are empathy, patience and an ability to engage with children and young people.

Sensitivity is also required when dealing with any care routines and to respect confidentiality at all times.
