Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Water Team as a Senior Revit Technician in one of our rapidly growing Scottish offices (Glasgow Edinburgh Inverness and Perth) whilst also taking advantage of our flexible hybrid working model.
AECOMhas recently been named as one of two Primary Designers for Scottish Waters SR27 Enterprise. This transformational multi-billion-pound programme is the highest value venture ever put into place by Scottish Water and will reshape Scotlands water and wastewater infrastructure from 2027 to 2033 (with potential to extend for another 6 years).
AECOM will be at the heart of this ground-breaking delivery model shaping design excellence at scale and working with Scottish Water and our Enterprise Partners to help drive outcomes that deliver value for customers in Scotland and go beyond net zero. This is a major win for AECOM and a powerful endorsement of our expertise giving us a fantastic opportunity to deliver long-term meaningful work that has large scale impact for communities across Scotland.

Heres what youll do:
Digital Delivery:
Responsible for developing design outputs frominitialconcepts through to fullydetailed designdeliverables.
Utilise Digital Tools:
Encourage the use of digital tools to review influence and enhance design quality processes
Champion BIM:
Promote articulate and lead BIM behaviours on the projects
Coordinate project Deliverables:
Support coordination of deliverablesfor multiple projects ensuring completion within support andmanagementofprojectresourcestofacilitateproduction ofdeliverables
Team Relationship:
Beproactivein relationships with internal project stakeholders reporting progress and highlighting any technical issues fortimelyresolution
Maintain Standards:
Support theCAD LeadinmaintainingCAD standards best practices and processes formodelling content creation and advanced digital developments
Design Team Meetings:
Activelyparticipateand input to design team meetings bringing with you a digital by default mindset championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups
Mentor Junior Technicians:
Work across the Scotlandoffices supporting junior Revit Technicians from a technical perspective

Qualifications :
Ready to push the limits of whats possible
Heres what were looking for:
Certified Minimum of aHNDor Equivalent
Qualification:
In an engineering discipline
Project Information Delivery:
Experience in delivering project information in accordance withBIM standards
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in using Revit with experience invalidatingand coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software.(minimum5years of experience)
Common Data Environment
Experience:
Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as Project Wise Autodesk Construction
