Our WSP Building Structures group is a specialist team renowned for their innovation in structural engineering and cutting-edge BIM project execution across complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in each major city across Australia.

Our recent projects span across a range of different sectors including but not limited to Defence, transportation, commercial and high-rise developments.

What you’ll do:

Work on iconic projects.

Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects.

Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets.

Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.

Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.

Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.

Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

About You Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)5-8 years industry experience on building projects within Australia, in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors.

Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance is essential – only eligible to Australian Citizens(Permanent Resident, NZ Citizens & Visa holders are not eligible).Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
