Hydrologist

Hydrologist Required!

Recruit Easy are looking for an experienced Hydrologist to work for our client based in Perth, Scotland , Perth and Kinross.

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: 19-10-2026

Pay Rate: between £220.00 - £300.00 Per Day - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Role s:

• Undertaking hydrological assessments and analysis
• Supporting drainage and flood risk management strategies
• Monitoring watercourses, groundwater and surface water systems
• Producing technical reports and documentation
• Working closely with engineering and environmental teams
• Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and project requirements
• Assisting with water management planning and mitigation measures
• Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Hydrologist within Civil Engineering projects
• Relevant degree or qualification in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Geography, Civil Engineering or similar
• Strong understanding of hydrological modelling and water management
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
