We are seeking an individual who displays good communication and interpersonal skills, who is organised, experienced in use of IT systems, and committed and motivated to delivering a high‑quality business administration service to the Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Team.
Working under the direction of the Lead ANP, the Business Services Assistant has responsibility for completing general office administration duties including minute taking, diary management of the team, and a wide range of administrative duties to ensure they can fulfil their functions in supporting the ANP team and the patients across Perth and Kinross.
This is a non‑clinical, non‑patient facing role.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: 22.2 hours per week. Fixed Term/Secondment for 18 Months.
