Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Tayside Care & Support Management Team based in Perth. We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and motivated Manager to lead a well-established service supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives. Service

Details

Our service provides a mix of supported accommodation and outreach, currently supporting 20 individuals with a wide range of needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions. This diverse model offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across multiple areas of support.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and high‑quality care at all times.
  • Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive environment where colleagues feel valued, confident, and able to perform at their best.
  • Prioritise and respond to changing needs while maintaining a calm and supportive approach.
  • Adopt a practice leadership model, using judgement and experience to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive culture where dignity, respect, and individual outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and solution‑focused, with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing needs while maintaining a calm and supportive approach. You will be supported to lead with confidence adopting a practice leadership model, using your judgement and experience to drive continuous improvement.
