We are looking for a devoted and caring Domiciliary Care Assistant. The ideal applicant will deliver excellent care to people in home care settings. Excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of treatment plans, and the ability to collaborate with other medical professionals are necessary for this position. A valid driver’s license is preferred to help clients travel between homes.

• Help clients with activities of daily life, such as dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
• Assist clients in adhering to their personalised care plans, ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep thorough notes of client progress and notify relevant staff of any changes in condition.
• Create a positive atmosphere by offering clients emotional support and companionship.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Communicate frequently with families and other medical professionals about client care.
• Use IT platforms for communication and documentation.

• Prior experience in a home care or assisted living facility is beneficial, though not required.
• Effective communication with clients and team members requires strong English proficiency.
• Understanding care plans and adherence to them precisely is critical.
• Strong IT skills for using electronic systems and maintaining records are valuable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are needed to build rapport with clients and families.
