These roles are perfect for professionals who pride themselves on delivering high-quality, complex clinical care within a stable home setting during various shift patterns available, from Long Days or Nights, in short or long term packages of care.

As the carer or lead carer during the your shifts, you will ensure the safety and clinical stability of a child or adult with complex needs. As an example, some of your duties may include the following:

• Advanced Care:Managing tracheostomy care, BiPAP, oxygen monitoring, and oral suction.
• Nutritional Support:Managing PEG/JEG feeding and administering medication.
• Emergency Care:Monitoring for seizures and administering rescue medication.
• Family Liaison:Building trusting relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

• Proven Experience:A strong, verifiable background in paediatric complex care.
• Night Shift Reliability:Total commitment to permanent night shifts and regular schedules.
• High Standards:A family-first approach combined with sharp clinical precision.
