About the Role
As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. You will help each individual pursue the interests they most enjoy, making a real impact on their lives. The role involves delivering an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events, helping every resident live as independently as possible and enhancing their involvement with family, friends and the local community.

What matters is that you have a sense of fun, creativity and the ability to encourage and motivate others. You also need a genuine interest in the people we support. Enthusiastic and empathetic, you'll enjoy helping our residents live their lives to the fullest.
