Support Worker – Camborne & Redruth – £13.50–£14.00 per hour Camborne & Redruth, Cornwall £13.50 per hour – Day shifts £14.00 per hour – Night shifts Full-time & Part-time positions available Make a real difference every day Educare Recruitment is currently recruiting Support Workers to join established care teams supporting adults and children with Learning Disabilities and Autism across Camborne and Redruth.

What you'll be doing You'll provide person-centred support, helping the people you support to live as independently as possible and enjoy a fulfilling everyday life.

Your role may include:
Supporting with daily living and personal care Providing emotional and practical support Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism Encouraging independence and confidence Supporting activities and community involvement Following individual care and support plans Working as part of a friendly and professional care team Maintaining a safe, respectful and positive environment What we're looking for We're looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic people who have a genuine passion for supporting others.

Experience in care is desirable, but the right attitude and personality are just as important. You should be:
Reliable and committed Patient, caring and compassionate Confident working with adults and/or children Comfortable supporting people with additional needs Able to work effectively as part of a team Willing to complete required training A valid DBS is required. Candidates already registered on the DBS Update Service are particularly welcome. A driving licence is desirable for some positions, although we will consider non-drivers depending on the role and location.
