Rock Solid Processing Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor for a fixed-term maternity cover at our Cowdenbeath site in Scotland. The role is on-site, part-time (32 hours over four days). You will work with the UK HR team to support a range of HR matters and advise managers on employment issues.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HR, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include contracts, onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining HR
