Balhousie Care Group is seeking an organised HR Administrator to support the implementation and management of a new sponsorship compliance system. You will handle accurate data entry and record management while ensuring UKVI sponsor licence compliance and GDPR requirements are met.
You will work closely with the HR team, Home Administrators and colleagues to migrate data, validate records and embed robust processes for ongoing sponsorship compliance.
