Salary: £36,200 - £54,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The roleAs a Resourcing Consultant for our Transmission business, you'll play a key role in supporting our growth ambitions, helping us attract and hire the talent needed to deliver some of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will be:
A true partner to the business, leading end to end recruitment activity from initial briefing through sourcing, selection, and offer stage.
Developing and delivering recruitment strategies to attract specialist engineering, project delivery and infrastructure talent.
Using direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence and emerging recruitment technologies to identify and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.
Delivering a fair, transparent, and inclusive recruitment experience for Candidates and Hiring Managers.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and technology for a better recruitment experience.
We’d love you to bring:
Experience recruiting within engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or similar technical sectors, with a track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns for specialist and difficult-to-source talent.
Proven experience using direct sourcing techniques, Linked In Recruiter, talent mapping and market research to identify, engage and convert passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies, provide market insight, challenge thinking and support effective hiring decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and adapt your style across different stakeholder groups and levels of seniority.
A proactive, continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for enhancing recruitment processes, inclusive hiring practices, technology and ways of working to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
