Senior Service Delivery Analyst - Hybrid

Job Overview

Senior Service Delivery Analyst – Hybrid. Eligible candidates may be based in either Perth or Portsmouth.

• Support the management and continual improvement of business‑critical IT services.
• Monitor service performance and produce service reporting and management information.
• Manage major incidents, escalations and service issues through to resolution.
• Support supplier governance activities, service reviews and performance management.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support service continuity, compliance and risk management activities.
• Assist with the transition of new or changed services into live operation.
• Identify and deliver service improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

• Experience with in a Service Delivery Management or Service Support role.
• Experience supporting business‑critical IT services within a large organisation.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a distinct advantage.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4).
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing service reports and performance metrics.
• Experience managing major incidents, escalations and operational service issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms is desirable.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments is desirable.
• Experience supporting services within regulated industries is advantageous.
