Alexander Steele are partnering with a successful FMCG business to recruit an Supply Chain Planner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation where data, planning and forecasting play a critical role in supporting business performance and customer service.

The Operational Analyst will be responsible for analysing demand trends, developing production forecasts and providing insight that supports effective operational planning. Working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and commercial teams, you will help ensure resources, stock levels and production plans are aligned with customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales trends, customer demand and operational data to produce accurate forecasts.
• Develop and maintain production planning and forecasting models.
• Support production planning activities to optimise output, inventory and resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts and operational plans.
