Janitor; Temporary

Position: Janitor (Temporary)
Pay: £12.37 per hour

Contract:

Minimum 12 weeks (potential extension or progression onto the shop floor)

Blue Arrow Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor to join our client's team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and is comfortable working flexibly when required.

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning and tidying of the facility
Painting floors and supporting basic maintenance tasks
Operating a ride‑on floor cleaning machine
Maintaining cleanliness in quieter periods by completing additional tasks such as floor painting
Supporting early starts and overtime when required

About you:

Has previous experience in a janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance role
Is confident using industrial cleaning equipment (including ride‑on floor cleaners)
Can carry out basic painting tasks
Is flexible with working hours and willing to stay on when needed
Works well independently and takes initiative
