Salary: £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £32,000–£34,000) per annum + Van (Personal Use)
Location: Perth, Scotland - covering central belt and north of scotland

About the Role
We are an agency recruiting on behalf of a leading cleaning company seeking reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join their specialist team.
This role involves working across retail sites nationwide, carrying out a range of specialist external and industrial cleaning duties, including cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering, pressure washing, high-level cleaning and warehouse cleaning. The role will also involve light grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming and general outdoor upkeep.
You will work as part of a two-person team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times. This role will cover around 60 properties across the central belt of scotland, perth, and north scotland such as iverness and aberdeen
