You'll manage and grow a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of key relationships and shaping the service with your expertise. You’ll also oversee the team’s portfolios, guiding junior members and ensuring high standards across the board.

There’s plenty of scope to develop your commercial skills too. You’ll identify opportunities for the business, work directly with partners to expand services, and gain experience that will serve you well in future leadership positions.

• Experience of managing a client portfolio and working with clients within a variety of industries
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior members
