Manufacturing Operator - Shift Role

Location: Perth (On-site)

Pay Rate: £16.15 per hour (inclusive of 20% shift allowance)

Contract: Full-time, 9-month fixed term

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (06:00-14:30 / 13:30-22:00)

Start Date: Immediate

• Operating machinery and supporting production line activities
• Following SOPs and work instructions to ensure consistent quality
• Handling, filling, sealing and labeling products
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Preparing products for packaging and dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment

• Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar role (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• A team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable approach
