As a Pre-Pick Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of pre‑pick operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant sorting of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and associated materials. • Promote a strong safety culture across the team
  • Ensure adherence to safe systems of work
  • Report and escalated any hazards, near misses or incidents
  • Training & Development:
Support the onboarding and ongoing training of operatives, ensuring competency in roles and safe working practices.
  • Shift Coordination:
Allocate tasks and manage workflow across the team to maintain productivity and minimise downtime.
  • Communication:
Act as a key link between operatives and site management, providing updates on performance, issues and operational improvements.
  • Housekeeping:
Ensure pre-pick areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and safety.

This role is primarily focused on pre-pick operations; however, you may be required to support other areas of the site in line with business needs and where appropriately trained.
