Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quarry Manager to lead the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of our quarry site. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee all quarry activities, including production planning, compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, colleague management as well as contractors, and contribute to continuous improvement in operational efficiency and product quality.

You will be the “Responsible Person” on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor all areas of the quarry’s day to day operations including blasting, crushing, screening and stockpiling to ensure it is carried out to the highest standard
• Ensure production levels are maintained to meet business needs, balancing sales and output through liaising with Commercial Teams
