Account Director - Healthcare Marketing role at pobl.
pobl. is a talent consultancy specialising in medical communications, healthcare advertising and market access. We work with international clients on a range of hiring needs, from entry-level to executive appointments.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the delivery of strategic and digital campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding their thinking and adding value to their campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts, while mentoring and providing direction to the client services team.
- Several years' experience in client services within a medical communications agency in a similar role - you may be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
- A strong understanding of digital and omnichannel communication tools, content strategy, and the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven success in building senior client relationships, growing accounts, and mentoring a team.
