As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced climbing Arborist to join our highly motivated, professional dynamic team.

Job Title: Climbing Arborist

Hourly Rate: £16.00 – £18.00

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence

As a Climbing arborist, you will be an essential part of our daily Arboricultural operations, contributing to the successful completion of various tree works across urban and woodland settings. You will be a dynamic team player with excellent operational awareness and a strong commitment to health and safety protocols.

• Operate company vehicles and use & maintain Arboricultural equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure time reliability and professional performance.
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety RAMS & POWRA.
• Promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Utilise smartphone‑based operating systems to report work activity accurately.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Arboriculture, a full driving licence is essential; a trailer licence desirable.
• Relevant NPTC qualifications including CS30 (201/202), CS31 (203), CS38 (206), CS39 (306/308).
• Arb qualification or willingness to progress with a recognised qualification is desirable.
• Strong commitment to hard work, reliability and safety.
• Willingness to undergo further training and career development within the industry.

• Permanent position with 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday).
• Overtime may be required, with occasional overnight stays.
• All relevant Arb training schedules including MEWP/IPAF will be undertaken for the right individual.
