Role OverviewAs a Climbing arborist, you will be an essential part of our daily Arboricultural operations, contributing to the successful completion of various tree works across urban and woodland settings. You will be a dynamic team player with excellent operational awareness and a strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities- Operate company vehicles and use & maintain Arboricultural equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure time reliability and professional performance.
- Adhere strictly to Health and Safety RAMS & POWRA.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Utilise smartphone‑based operating systems to report work activity accurately.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Arboriculture, a full driving licence is essential; a trailer licence desirable.
- Relevant NPTC qualifications including CS30 (201/202), CS31 (203), CS38 (206), CS39 (306/308).
- Arb qualification or willingness to progress with a recognised qualification is desirable.
- Strong commitment to hard work, reliability and safety.
- Willingness to undergo further training and career development within the industry.
- Competitive pay dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Fully expensed company vehicle.

- Permanent position with 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday).
- Overtime may be required, with occasional overnight stays.
- All relevant Arb training schedules including MEWP/IPAF will be undertaken for the right individual.
