Position: The Collection - Senior Valuer

Overview

Senior Lister role focused on end‑to‑end valuation for high‑profile residential assets priced from £1.5m to £5m in Hertfordshire. The position offers exposure to prime properties and specialised support from sales progression and viewing guide teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the valuation and selling process for premium homes, including client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and negotiating offers to secure optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Market Appraisal: Conduct thorough property valuations using local comparables and complex market data.
  • Business Development: Win new sales and letting instructions by pitching agency services to prime homeowners.
  • Client Advisory: Advise high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and developers on property portfolios and market trends.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain high‑level communication with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions.
  • Negotiation: Oversee and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Experience: 5‑6 years in residential or commercial valuation/estate agency.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of premium regional markets (e.g., the Home Counties).

Working Hours

Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
