Tenancy Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000

Location:

Hampton Hill / Hybrid

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08.45 – 17.30

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the non-managed vacates process from start to finish.
  • Processing Landlord and Tenant notices for Non-managed tenancies.
  • Knowledge of section 8 notices and referral process to solicitors.
  • Tenancy Swap process from start to finish.
  • Initiate and maintain clear communication with Landlords and Tenants.
  • Compliance - s and property documentation that is required.
  • Follow up promptly on any outstanding documents or responses from Landlords and Tenants to avoid delays.
  • Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with our lettings team and the department.
  • Adhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, maintaining smooth communication within the team and with external contacts.
  • Progressing replacement tenancies in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and accuracy and completed within required time frames. This involves producing tenancy agreements and using the system provided.
  • Maintain and develop relevant compliance legislative Knowledge.
  • Compiling detailed and informative emails to Landlords and Tenants and building relationships with them.
  • Collaborate effectively with Lettings, Property Management, and external contractors to support a seamless renewal process.
  • Administrative tasks involved within a landlord changing, for example the property has been sold, or transferral of ownership has occurred.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
