SSE plc seeks a Land & Property professional to support the Behind the Meter strategy by securing land rights for projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and governance compliance. You will oversee origination, development and construction stages, negotiating options, leases and other land rights.
The role requires knowledge of UK landownership, valuation and planning processes, plus strong commercial acumen and a relevant degree.
