They are looking for an experienced Rural Valuer to lead valuation services across the Perth region, combining hands‑on valuation work with team leadership and client relationship management.

The RoleAs the Rural Valuer for Perth, you'll take responsibility for coordinating valuation work across the region while managing your own portfolio of clients and instructions. You'll work with a diverse range of agricultural and rural residential properties, delivering high‑quality valuation reports for a variety of purposes.
You'll also play an important role in supporting colleagues, maintaining key client relationships and helping to grow the success of the valuation team.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading and coordinating rural valuation work across the Perth area
- Carrying out valuations of agricultural and rural residential property
- Preparing accurate, detailed valuation reports for:
- Loan security
- Taxation
- Inheritance and estate planning
- Other professional valuation purposes
- Managing major valuation portals and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
- Delivering a professional, high‑quality service while managing your own workload effectively
You'll be an experienced Rural Surveyor who enjoys building trusted client relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional professional advice.
You'll ideally have:- RICS qualification with RICS Registered Valuer status
- Significant post‑qualification experience in rural surveying
- Strong experience valuing agricultural and rural residential property
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and mapping software
- FAAV qualification (desirable but not essential)
