We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor with personality, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead our bar operation and deliver exceptional service from first drink to last orders.

• Leading by example behind the bar and on the floor
• Mixing, pouring and serving with confidence and flair
• Supporting and motivating the bar team during busy services
• Creating memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back
• Helping drive sales, standards and team performance
• Maintaining stock control, cleanliness and licensing compliance

• Loves hospitality and enjoys engaging with guests
• Has previous bar experience and some supervisory experience
• Brings positive energy and a can-do attitude
• Stays calm when the bar is three deep and the orders keep coming
• Wants to be part of an ambitious and growing team
