Food Service Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for a casual Food Service Assistant at The V&A Dundee
to join our amazing team. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. • Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Prepare and serve freshly ground coffee to the standards
• Ensure tablesare kept clean at all times and that condiments are well stocked.
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items

• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have excellent people skills, we'd still love to hear from you!
• Barista experience would be great but not essential.
• A positive and approachable attitude is a must, as this is a customer facing role.
• Being the first face many of ourvisitorswill see, you'll be a role model when it comes to what a great service will look like.
• We want you to bring your great communication skills, strong teamwork ethos and a positive can-do attitude!
• Being a team player is really important, but you'll also need to be able to work well on your own.

• £12.60 Per Hour
• Casual work
