Byfords is currently undergoing a food revolution. The large portions of food that fill you after one course are going; newly developed, diverse dishes, with modern flair, quirky presentations and hard hitting flavours are coming in. And we are excited about where it is going.
The current kitchen equipment and set up is getting a little mature, but over the next 24 months plans are in the pipeline to bring the kitchen into a new era with new layouts, equipment and all the whistles and bells. But we need someone to come into the team and help push with the rest of brigade towards this.

Career progression if you are ambitious. We have 3 other well known hospitality venues in Norfolk (The Ffolkes, The Pigs, The Assembly House) We like to see out team members flourish so are always pushing for talent to get to where they want to be!
