We’re looking for a Prep Chef to join the kitchen team at Murray shall Country Estate.
If you love being organised, take pride in quality and enjoy getting everything perfectly prepped for a busy kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
The RoleWorking over 3-4 weekdays, you’ll be the engine room of the kitchen, making sure everything is prepared to the highest standard before service begins.
- Preparing fresh ingredients, vegetables, meats and sauces
- Supporting the chefs with daily food preparation
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Helping maintain the high standards we’re known for
- Some experience in a professional kitchen
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys being part of a hardworking team
- A positive attitude and pride in producing quality food
- No weekend working
- Part-time hours over 3-4 weekdays
