Platinum Recruitment is seeking Relief Waiting Staff to support a luxury country house hotel in Pitlochry. You will perform attentive table service, take orders, and assist the F&B team during busy periods on short-term placements or ad-hoc shifts.
Experience in waiting or restaurant service is essential, with fine dining or luxury hotel exposure preferred. A polished, friendly, professional approach and reliability to travel to the hotel for all shifts are important.
