We are looking for a talented, reliable and organised Breakfast Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Dunalastair Hotel Suites, a 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Highland Perthshire.

• Has previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie
• Is reliable, punctual and comfortable working early-morning shifts

• Is calm, organised and hands-on during busy periods
• Takes pride in consistency, quality and presentation
• Can manage their section efficiently and complete preparation within required timescales
