We're recruiting on behalf of a popular, independent restaurant in Perth that's small in size but big in personality. Known for its warm welcome and outstanding Scottish produce, the restaurant prides itself on serving fresh, locally sourced food, from traditional haggis to Black Isle lamb.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, motivating and developing a small, enthusiastic team
• Acting as the face of the restaurant and delivering a warm welcome to every guest
• Ensuring consistently high service standards across lunch and dinner service
• Training and coaching team members to help them reach their full potential
• Supporting day-to-day operations and getting involved wherever needed
• Building strong relationships with guests and creating a memorable dining experience
