We are currently seeking a thoughtful, confident and motivated Waiter to join The Dormy Clubhouse team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £34,339 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,039, plus a qualified estimate of £8,300 in gratuities and service charge.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• You’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests within our Dormy Clubhouse restaurant
• Serving food and beverage to our guests will be your main daily focus, across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service
• You’ll take pride in all tasks you complete, being an essential member of the Food & Beverage service team always ensuring we’re setup for success
• Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to deal with any concern in a positive way
• You’ll maintain the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant
• Playing a significant part in making sure both the lunch and dinner operation runs without a hitch
• You’ll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• You have previous waiter and customer service experience, and are looking to further develop your expertise within a casual dining restaurant
• Having had experience within a luxtury hospitality environment would be ideal, however having a great attitude is essential
• Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time
• A keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation
• You want to be the best and work with the best; learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us
• You have a high level of resilience and the ability to deal with fast-paced environments is essential
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
