Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie As a pivotal Chef de Partie, you will be instrumental in the kitchen's success. Your core responsibilities include:
Expertly prepare and cook dishes within your dedicated section.
Mentor and manage junior staff.
Rigorously adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor stock levels.
Ensure timely and efficient service.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to consistently deliver exceptional quality.
Diligently follow client instructions.
Your personality, experience and qualifications Seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie with excellent English communication skills.
Requires proven experience in a similar role within the bustling hospitality industry.
Must demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running for an immediate start.
