We are recruiting on behalf of a truly unique, high-end estate in the stunning Perthshire. Currently undergoing significant modernisation and expansion, this prestigious operation attracts high-profile clientele and offers an outstanding working environment for ambitious chefs.

Our client is seeking Seasonal Chefs of all levels, with a particular focus on personality and cultural fit. This role is especially suited to individuals with experience in private households, yachting, chalet work, or other high-end hospitality environments.

• Support the day-to-day running of kitchen operations
• Prepare and deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes
• Maintain exceptional consistency and presentation standards
• Assist with stock control and ordering
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and legal regulations

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fresh-food kitchen
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce
• Up-to-date food hygiene certificate
