In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals tailored to meet the diverse dietary needs of residents, including managing allergens and specific texture requirements. You'll liaise effectively with care staff to ensure resident satisfaction and well-being, while strictly adhering to all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Your duties will also include efficient ordering of supplies, imaginative menu planning, and diligently following client instructions to maintain the highest standards of care and catering.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality sector. A current PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) scheme membership is essential for this position. If you possess a compassionate approach, excellent culinary skills, and a commitment to resident well-being, we want to hear from you.
