Buying Manager - Grocery

You’ll analyse performance trends, spot opportunities quickly and build trading plans that keep your categories competitive and relevant. You’ll work closely with suppliers to negotiate terms, secure investment and deliver effective joint business plans, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure ranges, promotions and seasonal activity land flawlessly.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where you’ll influence the full trading cycle and play a central part in delivering the company’s commercial strategy.

We’re looking for someone with experience in retail or wholesale buying, trading or a similar commercial role, preferably in the Food / Drink / Household Grocery sector— though strong FMCG National Account Managers looking to move into a buying environment will also be considered. You’ll need a track record of delivering results, strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical ability and the confidence to engage suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
