Bayne’s the Family Bakers is looking for a flexible, customer-focused Mobile Senior Sales Assistant to support shops across multiple locations in Perth.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll provide cover during holidays, absences and staffing shortages, helping our shops continue to deliver excellent customer service and high operational standards.

You will be given various shifts - which will change week to week and will include weekends (when rostered on) between 430 am and 630pm - any 5 days from

35hours per week (although additional hours may be available).

£13.58per hour
plus an excellent benefits package (see below).

• Support multiple shops within your designated area
• Deliver excellent customer service across all locations
• Assist with serving customers, merchandising, stock handling and food preparation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance
• Support shop teams and day-to-day operations
• Follow cash handling and security procedures

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Flexible and reliable approach to working across different locations
• Friendly, adaptable and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous supervisory experience within retail or food retail
• Ambition to develop and progress within the business

This is a mobile role requiring regular travel between shops. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed monthly.
