We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Vauxhall/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep/Alfa Romeo/Leapmotor branch in Perth. Are you a people‑person with a real passion for sales?

What’s the job?

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a traditional sales job – it’s a car sales role that lets you be yourself, showcase your customer‑service skills and enjoy every working day.

As a Product Consultant, you’ll guide customers from entering the showroom to enjoying a great aftersales experience. This role is all about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process.

On an average day, you’ll be…
  • Helping customers find the right car based on what they need
  • Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
  • Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer‑experience standards
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and make good on our promises
  • Staying in touch with customers to offer great aftersales experiences
