Rental Sales Agent

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking Rental Sales Agents for our Perth location. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service at the front desk, selling additional services, and meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Identify and report prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
• Sell company services and products to achieve sales targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries politely and professionally.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation, including damage reporting.
• Manage cash, vehicles, premises and ensure customer safety.

• Full, valid clean driving licence with minimum of 4 years’ driving experience.
