Customer Delivery Driver Extra

• Thursday: 14:00 – 23:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00

• Deliver groceries to customers' homes each day, ensuring items are handled with care and kept in perfect condition.
• Maintain van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised, making sure everything is roadworthy and ready for service.
• Load the van safely, perform checks and ensure all safety standards are met before departure.
• Communicate friendly and reassuringly with customers about order changes, substitutions or short‑dated items, offering refunds where needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Deliver orders within the customer's scheduled time slot, providing warm, natural service at the doorstep and leaving customers feeling valued.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a supportive team spirit and deliver the best service for customers.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change while on the road and in the store.
• Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25; additional payments may be offered at some locations.
• Guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with part‑time roles from 12 hours also available.

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
