Reach Driver - Rotating or Night Shifts

Reach Truck Driver (Temp to Perm) Coventry CV7 Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a leading warehouse operation based in Coventry (CV7) . The Role As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring products are stored and retrieved accurately while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently. Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse. Picking and replenishing stock from racking locations. Completing daily equipment safety checks. Assisting with general warehouse duties when required. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Following all company health and safety procedures. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A valid Reach Truck licence (essential).

A minimum of 18 months' Reach Truck driving experience . Previous warehouse experience. A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety. Good attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A reliable and flexible approach to work. Counterbalance experience is advantageous but not essential. Shift Patterns Rotating Shifts Week 1 Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pm Friday: 6:00am 1:10pm Week 2 Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm 10:00pm Friday: 1:10pm 6:30pm Night Shift Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm 6:00am Pay Rates Rotating
