Are you a highly organized bilingual (English and Spanish) Administrative Assistant looking for a long-term remote opportunity? We are seeking talented individuals who can support U.S. businesses with scheduling, data entry, social media management, intake, sales support, and general administrative tasks.

Please Note: This is an independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle data entry, CRM updates, and organization of business records
  • Assist with social media management, posting, and content scheduling
  • Support marketing activities such as email campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Conduct intake calls, gather client information, and qualify inquiries
  • Assist sales teams with outreach, follow-ups, and basic sales tasks
  • Provide customer support and respond to client inquiries
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  • Comfortable handling scheduling, data entry, and customer communication
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
