Overview
The support MRM will be key on the service provided to the Distributors and Preferred Customers. This position will be responsible for handling interactions with Distributors and Preferred Customers through remote channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat, providing assistance and guidance in accordance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the sales and marketing plan.
This position will also be responsible to support the member services processes and procedures that due to it’s nature must be handled locally, such as recognition awards shipping.
Also, this position will be key to address and resolve any requirement or complaint that has to be resolved locally, by having communication with the local departments of Sales, Marketing, Events and/or Operations.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the member services processes that due to it’s nature have to remain in the country and be handled locally, such as:
- Recognition and awards shipment
- PRM rules testing
- QRC’s Support
- ATS & Back orders support
- Provide assistance to the Distributors on any specific questions or doubts about marketing plan, payments, invoices, through remote channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat
- Support on any system updates, UAT’s, Price increase.
- Provide in-person support at special and occasional events, in the registration and/or help desk support.
- Will be a support for the Country MRM to help addressing Distributor’s or Preferred Customers requirements related and not limited to records, operations, product, marketing plan, membership sucession, qualifications, events, promotions.
Skills/Education/
Experience:
- High school Graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work with different cross-functional areas (Regional Sales, Regional Marketing, Regional Operations)
- At least 1 years of working experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency in verbal and written Spanish (English highly recommended)
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
- Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
- Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/Power point)
