- Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and reporting product malfunctions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their basic technical and product related issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Proficient in English and Spanish languages
- Work experience in support
- Work experience in sports betting/gambling industry or fintech industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent PC skills
- High attention to details
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Flexible to work in different shift schedules (day & evening & night) and on weekends
